About Wenz-Mechanik
1. Wenz-Mechanik GmbH is a specialized service provider for the machining of function-critical components made from common metals. The company produces prototypes, small and large series from a single source and accompanies projects from the initial idea through the prototype to series production. In single-part production, precise Hermle 3- and 5-axis machining centers are used, while series production relies on fully automated Fanuc 5-axis machining centers. The maximum component size in the cube is 800 x 400 x 300 mm. To accelerate development, Wenz-Mechanik already uses a digital twin in the prototype phase to identify potential problem areas early. In addition, the company offers 3D printing. Customers come primarily from mechanical engineering, the automotive industry and medical technology.
