247TailorSteel manufactures custom sheet metal, tube and bent parts made from steel, stainless steel, aluminium and brass. Production is based on laser cutting (flatbed and tube), bending, deburring and edge processing. Customers order via the company's own online software Sophia®, which checks drawings (STEP, DXF/DWG, TUB), generates a quotation within one minute and forwards orders directly to the machine park. From prototype through pre-production to mass production, lot sizes from a single piece are handled; delivery in most cases within 48 hours. The machine park comprises more than 83 laser cutting machines, 52 press brakes, 15 deburring machines and 3 thread-cutting machines at six sites in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany; over 70,000 parts are processed daily (2025 average). The sites are strategically located within a 250 km radius of customers in Europe. German administration and production are based in Langenau (247TailorSteel Süd GmbH), with further production plants in Hilden, Oyten, Varsseveld, Oud Gastel and Hooglede.

Material certificates type 2.2 and 3.1 are available digitally; EN 1090-1 (EXC 4) enables use in соответствierenden steel construction assemblies.
