2RPS Mechatronik GmbH in Munich-Ottobrunn develops and manufactures technical custom solutions for demanding industries: test benches, jigs, devices and special-purpose systems – from the initial idea through CAD design (CREO) with drawings and bills of materials to production readiness. Manufacturing takes place in an in-house machine shop and includes milled parts, turned parts, sheet-metal bending parts, laser-cut parts, laser engraving and laser marking, as well as injection molding, 3D printing (STL) and silicone tooling for near-series trial tooling. In prototyping, the company builds samples, prototypes, pre-production runs and small series; assembly, measurement/sensor integration as well as documentation and evidence records for regulated environments are part of the service portfolio. Reserved manufacturing capacity enables a high degree of planning reliability for time-critical development and industrialization projects. Customers come in particular from semiconductor/chip manufacturing, metrology, diagnostics, automotive and defense technology; projects are handled throughout the DACH region.
