The service portfolio includes technical documentation, aftersales services, product management, process design and IT consulting, technical and marketing translations in more than 50 languages, as well as design and product visualization. The Munich site, built in 2019, offers more than 5,000 m² of office space and over 2,000 m² of specialized workshop space for service, maintenance and repair methodology, including a drive-in inspection pit 22 meters long for service, repair and assembly examinations as well as research work in the high-voltage field of electromobility. Customer industries include automotive, commercial and special vehicles, electrification, mechanical and plant engineering, robotics, medical technology, micromobility, consumer products, energy, IT and agricultural machinery.
