3D.HIGH.TEC Poschmann GmbH was founded in 1996 and is a specialized provider of Rapid Prototyping, sample construction, Rapid Tooling, and small series production, based in Schalksmühle. Parts made of plastic and metal are created from 3D design data in the shortest possible time—using Stereolithography, Selective Laser Sintering, Selective Laser Melting (SLM), 3D Printing, investment casting, sand casting, and vacuum casting. Using in-house mold and jig construction, pre-series tools for 1k and 2k injection molding from aluminum and steel are manufactured. The range of services is complemented by HSC milling with cutter diameters from 0.2 mm, for example, for fiber optic cables, as well as design, development, and technical surfaces including leather, chrome, and lacquer optics, printing, and laser engraving. Customers include brand manufacturers and suppliers from Automotive, Aerospace, Electrical Engineering, Household Goods, Medical, and Toy industries; clients come from all over Europe.
