About 3D Precision
3D Precision SA is a Swiss company founded in 2014 in Delémont, in the heart of the Jura, a region with a long tradition in the metal-working and microtechnology industries. The company manufactures metallic components using the selective laser melting process (SLM, Selective Laser Melting) and masters the entire production process: from consulting and 3D design through 3D scanning and parameterization to additive manufacturing, powder removal, heat treatment, mechanical post-processing and surface treatment. A monolithic build volume of 250 x 250 x 280 mm and layer thicknesses from 20 µm enable precise components made of titanium, aluminium, stainless and maraging steel, cobalt-chrome, copper and tungsten. Customers come from medical technology, microtechnology and general mechanical engineering, including prototypes, pre-series and spare parts. Since 2016 the company has been certified to ISO 9001 and ISO 13485.
