About 3D Prints

3D Prints was founded in 2012 and has been integrated into K-Profile AG in Bischofszell since 01.01.2023. The company produces prototypes, sample parts, spare parts and small series using additive manufacturing / rapid prototyping. The processes used include FDM (build volume 900 x 600 x 900 mm), SLS (650 x 330 x 560 mm), Multi Jet Fusion, stereolithography (up to 2100 x 700 x 800 mm) and selective laser melting for metals such as titanium TiAl6V4, aluminium AlSi10Mg, stainless steel 316L and Inconel IN718. Plastic materials range from PA, PA-GF, PA 2210 FR (UL 94 V0), ABS and PEI (ULTEM) to PP and TPU. Using Space Puzzle Molding (SPM), injection-moulded small series from approx. 100 to 20'000 moulded parts are produced. The service portfolio is complemented by CAD design, data conversion (STL, STEP, IGS, SLDPRT), 3D scanning and post-processing such as sandblasting, tumble finishing, painting and metallisation. Customers come from mechanical engineering, medical technology, automotive, aerospace, architecture and model making.
