3D-Zerspanungstechnik GmbH from Brüggen-Bracht works as a contract manufacturer producing complex metal components – from individual parts to small series. The service portfolio includes 5-axis CNC milling with XL machining up to 3600 mm in length, CNC turning up to 300 mm diameter, die-sinking EDM for sharp-edged internal geometries as well as CNC wire EDM with hardness-independent machining of hardened steel, carbide, titanium and conductive ceramics up to 300 mm installation height. Surface grinding delivers extreme flatness for sealing, guiding and reference surfaces. A pallet automation system with 32 stations and 300 kg transfer weight enables uninterrupted, unmanned production during ghost shifts. Inspection is performed actively scanning on a ZEISS Contura G2 RDS 3D coordinate measuring machine with a measuring range of 700 x 1000 x 600 mm; contract measurement services are also offered. In addition, the company offers design, programming and assembly as well as holistic problem solutions from programming to product – tailored to mechanical engineering, toolmaking and mould making.
