3DLugano is a digital manufacturing business from Lugano in Ticino (Switzerland), specializing in additive manufacturing, laser technology and digital metrology. The laboratory produces mechanical prototypes and small series using FDM 3D printing as well as high-resolution resin prints (SLA), performs laser cutting and laser engraving on acrylic, wood, glass, plastic and metal (MOPA), and manufactures stainless steel signage and markings with high precision. In addition, 3DLugano offers 3D precision scanning with reverse engineering, mesh digitalization and dimensional inspection as well as CAD design in SolidWorks. Reference projects include the Casram Flex 600 LED lamp in collaboration with Timmagini (CAD design, SLA prototyping, laser cutting and laser marking) as well as stainless steel signage for the Arbed Smart Center in Arbedo-Castione on behalf of Multigestioni SA.
