About 3dteile.at

3dteile.at is a sole proprietorship founded in 2019, based in Neusiedl am Steinfeld in southern Lower Austria, specialized in the additive manufacturing of technical plastic parts for B2B customers. The company produces prototypes, custom components, brackets, housings, jigs and fixtures, adapters and flanges as well as small series ranging from single parts to small-scale production. Manufacturing is carried out on in-house HP MJF printers (build volume 380x284x380 mm), mSLA resin printers, and industrial FFF printers in standard format up to 300x300x300 mm and large format up to 1x1x1 m. Materials processed include plastics such as ASA/ABS, PC, TPU, PP, PA12 and carbon-fiber-reinforced PA12CF15 as well as resins. Manufacturing is complemented by 3D scanning (GOM/ZEISS), design with Inventor, Fusion360 and Solidworks, project development, and post-processing such as blasting, chemical smoothing, painting, threaded inserts, bonding and waterproof coating. Customer groups include special machinery construction, military technology, the automotive industry, building services engineering, truck superstructures, electronics and startups. With more than 100,000 available printing hours and express production within a few days, the company serves customers in the region from Eisenstadt to Mödling, in some cases with on-site service.
