3P Maschinenbau GmbH, based in Hallbergmoos, specializes in the manufacture of parts for the automation of body-in-white (BiW) lines. Under the leadership of the Drittenpreis couple, the company has been producing one-off parts and custom components from 3D models and drawings for over 18 years – including contour parts, retaining pins, angles, milled parts, drilling plates, interface parts, brackets and bent parts made of metal and plastic. The value chain covers CNC turning and CNC milling on 3-, 4- and 5-axis machines, plasma and flame cutting, an in-house hardening shop with flame hardening, case hardening and nitriding, as well as surface treatments such as sandblasting, painting, galvanizing and electroless nickel plating. Production takes place at five production sites with a total of 6000 m² of office and production space, including the production company Tehpro CNC Proizvodnja d.o.o. in Derventa and Cerani (Bosnia and Herzegovina). Around 200 employees manufacture according to a certified management system (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001) with 100% quality control of every single part. The offering is aimed at the automotive industry and automation technology; German, English and Serbian are served.
