About 3P Plastic
3P Plastic GmbH is a privately owned plastics processing company based in Stassfurt, in the Förderstedt district of Saxony-Anhalt. The company manufactures custom injection-molded parts and assemblies on more than 20 injection molding machines with clamping forces between 20 and 700 tons in 1K and 2K configurations, fully digitized, energy-efficient and equipped with removal robots. The process spectrum includes multi-component injection molding, micro injection molding, hybrid technologies as well as transparent materials and BIO-based plastics made from 100 % renewable raw materials. In addition to injection molding production, 3P offers research and development, in-house toolmaking, plastic welding processes (ultrasonic, hot plate, vibration), assembly and surface finishing such as printing, painting, vapor coating, hard coat coating, metallization and REACH-compliant chrome plating. Customers come from the automotive industry, high-end consumer electronics, building technology and furniture components. Production follows the principle of lean production with fully computer-supported logistics including EDI, JIT and FiFo processes.
