4tec CNC Präzisionsteile GmbH is a contract manufacturing company based in Dillenburg (Hesse) specialising in CNC machining of precision milled parts. The company manufactures components in any shape to customer drawings from steel, stainless steel (V2A/V4A), free-cutting and structural steel, brass, copper, aluminium, special alloys as well as thermoplastics, thermosets, elastomers and high-performance plastics. Production includes CNC milling in 3-axis and 5-axis configurations including 5-axis simultaneous machining, drilling, deburring and 3D contour milling. Workpieces are produced in single, small and medium series; large series are available on request. Various CAD formats (dxf, igs, stp, step, sldprt, pdf) are imported directly into the CAD/CAM system. Quality management is certified to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015; in addition, advanced quality planning, mechanical assembly and industrial assembly services are offered. Customers include companies from aerospace, automotive, mechanical engineering, medical technology, valve and fitting manufacturing and special machinery construction.
