About 5AXperformance

5AXperformance GmbH, based in Inning a. Ammersee, manufactures metallic components as well as components made of composite materials and plastics using 5-axis CNC machining. Its focus is on difficult-to-machine superalloys such as titanium-, tungsten- and nickel-base alloys (Inconel), high-strength steels as well as carbon fibre, ceramics and special plastics such as PMMA. The company machines complex, distortion-prone and thin-walled geometries with freeform surfaces in single-part production and small to medium series, with component sizes up to approx. 650 x 650 x 400 mm. The machining of cast and 3D-printed blanks as well as the development of metallic components are also part of the service portfolio. Quality assurance is performed in accordance with EN/AS 9100 with first article inspection (FAI per DIN/EN 9102). The main customer industries are aviation, motorsport, medical technology, automotive and plant engineering.
