A. Aubry AG is a Swiss SME based in Grenchen that has been manufacturing precision plastic parts for over 40 years. The company covers the entire value chain in-house: design with CAD/CAM (Mastercam), its own toolmaking, its own injection moulding plant and quality inspection. On 15 computer-controlled injection moulding machines with 15 to 120 tonnes clamping force, parts with shot weights from under 1 gram to 150 grams are produced from reinforced and unreinforced thermoplastics. A focus is on small, thin-walled and highly precise small and micro parts from 0.004 grams. The company also manufactures machined turned plastic parts with diameters of 2 to 49 mm as well as stamped flat gaskets. Customers come from the watch industry, electronics, apparatus, medical and construction industries.
