Machine expertise since 1994

A&D Verpackungsmaschinenbau GmbH has been developing and manufacturing packaging machines for medical technology, the pharmaceutical industry and the food sector since 1994. The portfolio comprises thermoformers (M-System, FFS-S), the PGx packaging system for suture material blisters, RTU packaging machines for syringes, carpules and vials, chamber and bag sealing machines for sterile bags as well as special-purpose machines and inspection systems. Based on a modular system with more than 5,000 assemblies, custom-tailored systems are configured. Design, manufacturing, assembly and planning take place at the Weißensberg site, where the majority of components are produced in-house with a high level of vertical integration. Machine housings and frames are made of stainless steel; rigid and flexible films as well as sterile bags are processed. Customers on all continents are additionally supported with service, retrofit, GMP documentation and qualification. The company is run in its second generation by Holger Ahr and Sven Jonasson.
