a&g automation and gears GmbH, based in Deggenhausertal in the Lake Constance region, has been active in drive technology and mechanical engineering since 2004. The company is a manufacturer of brakes and clutches, in particular wear-free hysteresis brakes and clutches used in textile, winding and spooling machines, test rigs and the wire and cable industry, where repeatability, controllability and freedom from maintenance are required. As exclusive European partner of Okada Intelligence Co. Ltd, a&g also offers machine tool components such as tool changers, spindles and rotary tables. As the German partner of Hydromec and exclusive German partner of Clean-Geartech (Italy), the company distributes stainless steel gearboxes and motors as well as gear motors in stainless steel and aluminium for the food, meat, fish, chemical and pharmaceutical industries. In addition, a&g is the official European partner of Habor Precision Inc. (Taiwan) for industrial cooling including spare parts, service and repairs.
