About A. Hopf
A. Hopf Kunststoffverarbeitung GmbH is a mid-sized company founded in 1949 by Anton Hopf, headquartered in Cadolzburg near Nuremberg. The company produces thermoplastic injection-molded parts for medical and technical applications, including standard products for enteral applications as well as customer-specific developments. Its range of services includes the design and manufacture of injection molds in its own toolmaking department, consulting on specialty plastics such as PEEK, conductive and flame-retardant plastics, as well as cleanroom production and assembly of Class 8 (100,000) medical devices. With around 35 employees, 27–30 injection molding machines, robotic systems and tiered production automation, both large series of several million parts as well as medium-sized and small series in various variants and colors are produced cost-efficiently – around 48 million parts per year in total. Since 2022, A. Hopf GmbH has been wholly owned by the Promepla Group headquartered in Monaco and supplies customers worldwide as well as in the European Economic Area.
