A.I.S. CNC Serienfertigung GmbH is a family-run contract manufacturer based in Todtenweis in the greater Augsburg area. For over 20 years, the company has been active in CNC machining, producing turned parts in the range D10x10 mm to D400x300 mm as well as 3-axis milled parts up to 300x300x1000 mm and 5-axis milled parts up to D500x300 mm. Parts are manufactured from steels, aluminum and, on request, special alloys – from one-off pieces and prototypes to small series and series production. Customers come primarily from mechanical engineering, gear technology and the automotive industry and are supplied regionally and internationally. The machine park comprises Mazak 5-axis and 3-axis machining centers as well as 2-axis lathes with driven tools, sub-spindle and tailstock. The company is certified to ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 and operates with flat structures and short response times.
