The A.S.T-Metallbau GmbH is a metal fabrication company based in Berlin since 1997 and a certified welding specialist according to DIN EN 1090-2. The company manufactures and assembles stairs and stair railings, balcony systems, fences and gates, railings and enclosures, shop window frames, doors, windows, partition walls made of steel and glass, canopy systems, and special structures for film and trade fair construction and event technology. Materials include steel, stainless steel, and aluminum; surface treatment is hot-dip galvanized, powder coated, or brushed stainless steel. The in-house workshop in Berlin-Neukölln is equipped with two Demag gantry cranes (8-ton lifting capacity each), welding systems (WIG, MIG/MAG, pulse welding), miter press, flatbed shear, plasma cutting system, pipe bending machine, and sawing technology. The service portfolio includes consulting, 3D planning, manufacturing, on-site assembly, and maintenance – from single pieces to series production.
