About the Dental Laboratory
A&S Zahntechnik GmbH is a dental laboratory located in Eppertshausen in the Frankfurt/Darmstadt metropolitan area. Under the management of Marco Koser and Julia Nemec, the laboratory produces the entire spectrum of dental restorations: conventional dental prosthetics, implant restorations, abutments for guided implantology, full ceramics made of zirconium oxide, combination prosthetics including galvanic technology, complete prosthetics, as well as braces, sports and mouth guards. A focus is placed on metal-free dental prosthetics made of high-performance plastics (PMMA) for those with allergies and metal sensitivity. In its in-house milling center, dental prosthetics are planned using CAD/CAM software (3Shape, Exocad) and milled on an imes-icore milling unit from zirconia, NEM alloys, high-performance plastics, and wax; intraoral scans are also processed. Laser technology is used for the manufacturing and repair of prosthetic restorations. The laboratory supports dentists nationwide and operates a 'bring-along' service and its own patient room for color matching and consultations.

Materials and Processes
Zirconium Oxide (Zirconia)
Metal-free high-performance material with high strength, good compatibility, and natural aesthetics for crowns, bridges, and combination prostheses.
Full Ceramics
Biocompatible material for durable dental prosthetics, especially in the anterior tooth region.
Gold Alloys
Classic material with high durability for long-term restorations.
Cobalt-Chromium Alloy (NEM, nickel-free)
Economical non-precious metal alloy for frameworks and restorations, exclusively nickel-free.
High-Performance Plastic (thermoplastic PMMA)
Metal-free, lightweight material for temporary and permanent crowns, bridges, prosthetics, and braces, suitable also for allergy sufferers.
Galvanic Technology
Electrolytically manufactured telescopic and prosthetic frameworks for combination prostheses.
Wax
Material used for the CAD/CAM milled structure of restorations.
