A. Vogt GmbH & Co. KG (GUMMIVOGT) is a family business founded in 1946, now in its third generation, headquartered in Arnsberg, North Rhine-Westphalia. The company produces standardized and customer-specific technical rubber molded parts from all common elastomers – including rubber buffers, plugs, cable grommets, ferrules as well as sealing and damping elements with part weights from 0.05 g to 10 g. The manufacturing process is vacuum-assisted transfer molding on PLC-controlled vulcanizing presses with 300 t and 500 t pressing force. An in-house mold, tool and equipment engineering department with CNC milling machines (Hermle), CNC lathes and surface grinding machines enables prototype and series tools from drawings or samples as well as short reaction times. Post-processing includes dry-ice blast deburring, parts washing systems and thermal post-treatment. Customers come from, among others, the automotive and electrical industries as well as plant and mechanical engineering; production takes place exclusively at the Arnsberg site (Made in Germany).
