About us

A. Zilske Präzisionsmechanik GmbH is a specialised precision mechanics company based in Taufkirchen near Munich. Founded in 1993 and owner-managed, the company manufactures turned, drilled, milled and ground precision parts for fine mechanics and electronics devices – from single parts and prototypes to small series and series production of several hundred to thousands of parts. Milling is performed on a 5-axis milling machine, including 3D, according to drawings and file formats such as Step/DXF; in addition, manual milling, turning and grinding machines are available for customised jigs such as assembly aids or punching tools. Aluminium, steel, non-ferrous metals and plastics are machined. The company also offers pre-assembly and final assembly of assemblies including functional testing as well as integrated CNC measurement. Customers include companies from aerospace, medical technology, placement technology and special machinery, including ArianeGroup, Isar Aerospace, Siemens and ASM Assembly Systems. The company is certified to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015.
