A1-Hydraulics GmbH is a mobile hydraulics company founded in 2004 in Radevormwald that supplies commercial vehicle manufacturers and machine builders with hydraulic components, spare parts and system solutions as standard equipment. At its headquarters, the company operates its own hydraulic hose manufacturing facility, where hydraulic hoses are produced to customer specifications, to international standards and in accordance with the hydraulic hose EN ISO standards – from one-off production to series production of up to 1,000 hoses per week; delivery takes place within 24–48 hours on working days. In addition to hose assembly, the portfolio includes plug-and-play system solutions for mobile hydraulics with control units, hydraulic directional control valves and retrofit kits, hydraulic original equipment for commercial vehicles from prototype development to series production, and pre-assembly of hydraulic components. As an official Hydrocontrol Master Distributor, A1-Hydraulics supplies the complete product range of the Walvoil Group (Hydrocontrol, Walvoil, Galtech) as well as products from other well-known manufacturers. Customers are found mainly in agriculture and forestry, in construction machinery and in truck and crane technology; these are complemented by product stock-keeping, just-in-time delivery and customised logistics concepts.
