Under the DieMetallmacher brand, AACI GmbH produces custom wall decorations, home accessories and made-to-measure metalwork in steel, stainless steel and Corten steel. All products are made from steel sheet with a minimum thickness of 3 mm and are laser-cut to an accuracy of a tenth of a millimetre. This is followed by up to ten craft-based surface finishing steps involving grinding and polishing; for noble-rust products, the corrosion of Corten steel is deliberately controlled and preserved with a protective layer of paint. The portfolio includes geographic motifs such as city maps, island and country silhouettes, pet portraits based on customer photos, magnetic boards, coasters as well as custom designs such as balcony railings or city maps integrated into floors. Customers include private households, hotels, restaurants, companies, landscape gardeners and tradespeople; deliveries are also made abroad, and installation of larger objects is available on request. Quality
Every product is laser-cut to an accuracy of a tenth of a millimetre and then finished by hand in up to ten processing steps; sharp edges are removed before the product leaves the manufactory.
