Custom apparatus and plant engineering since 2000

AAN Apparate- und Anlagentechnik Nürnberg GmbH has been specializing since 2000 in the design and manufacture of thermal apparatus and cooling systems for industrial purposes. The portfolio includes shell-and-tube heat exchangers, liquid coolers as finned-tube heat exchangers, special heat exchangers, circulation units as well as complete industrial cooling systems, heat treatment systems with quench tanks, vacuum systems with liquid-ring vacuum pumps and oil treatment systems for insulating oils. Production is carried out in steel and stainless steel materials as well as brass, copper and aluminium; pressure vessels to AD2000 / HP0 are possible. Design is software-supported in thermal engineering, flow, strength and statics, and construction is done exclusively in 3-D CAD. In the company's own production facility in Schwabach, trained metalworkers and certified welders work; experienced electrical specialists handle control cabinet construction, electrical planning and PLC control technology. The offering is rounded off by on-site assembly and commissioning. Customers come from energy technology, furnace and industrial furnace construction, the steel, plastics, chemical and wood processing industries as well as brewing and electrical engineering.
