About us
Aargauer Winzer is a wine-growing operation in Villigen in the canton of Aargau, Switzerland, run by Hans Rudolf Zimmermann. The wine village of Villigen presents its vineyard slopes in three distinct vineyard sites: Schlossberg, Berg and Steinbruch. From the Schlossberg site and the sunny slopes of the Berg comes the Villiger Blauburgunder, an elegant, mildly fruity red wine. From the Berg site comes the Villiger Riesling x Sylvaner, a fruity, varietal-typical white wine. The top Steinbruch site yields the Villiger Steinbrüchler, a characterful, full-bodied Blauburgunder grown exclusively there. The operation markets its wines directly through its own online shop and offers customised gift packages. Delivery takes place within Switzerland.
