About Aasted

Aasted ApS is a Danish family-owned company based in Farum (DK-3520) that has been developing and manufacturing machinery and complete production plants for the chocolate, confectionery and bakery industry since 1917. The portfolio includes tempering machines (including StellaNova, SuperNova, AMC SuperNova with capacities from 50 to 7,500 kg/h), Moulding Lines (Jensen Line up to 2,200 kg/h, Universal Moulding Line up to 10,000 kg/h), Enrobing machines (Nielsen, Master, Bottomer, Junior), cooling tunnels (Sirius, Nielsen), depositors (Nilshot, Sophus, EP2, SE 14, Bertha, Chip Depositor), extruders of the Alice series as well as complete lines for Confectionery, Steel Belt and Bakery production. The machines are made predominantly of stainless steel, are washdown-capable and designed for 24-hour operation; proprietary processes include the patented FrozenCone shell moulding process as well as Supercooling-and-Seeding tempering. In the company's own Aasted Technology Center (1,200 m²) in Farum, customers can test recipes and production processes with the machines. In addition to its Danish headquarters, Aasted maintains sales offices in Munich, Istanbul and Canton, Georgia (USA); since 2026 the company has been part of the Piovan Group.
