AB Gehäusetechnik GmbH, based in Bünde (North Rhine-Westphalia), sells, machines and assembles enclosures for industrial applications. The product range includes aluminium enclosures (AlSi 12 per DIN EN 1706, IP66 to IP68), polyester, thermoplastic (polycarbonate, ABS) and stainless steel enclosures in V2A and V4A for hygienic and explosion-protected areas. Machining is carried out in the company's own CNC production: milling, drilling, countersinking, press-fitting and engraving of enclosures up to 400 x 310 x 180 mm — from small lot sizes to mass production. In addition, the company offers surface finishing such as powder coating, painting, screen, digital and pad printing, EMC coating, passivation, chromating and anodising, as well as completion through assembly, fitting and marking. The sales team can look back on more than 40 years of industry experience and supports customers from project planning through to production readiness. The enclosure solutions are used in electrical engineering, mechanical and plant engineering, measurement and control technology, railway technology, renewable energies, electromobility and the food industry. Since April 2021, enclosure machining and assembly have been housed in an extended facility at Tonstraße 23.

Aluminium AlSi 12 (DIN EN 1706)
Standard material of the ALU enclosure series, IP66 to IP68, RoHS and REACH compliant, also suitable for EX areas.
Stainless Steel V2A (A2)
For enclosures in areas with high demands on appearance and hygiene, e.g. the food industry.
Stainless Steel V4A
Certified as a fire-protection enclosure up to 970 °C, suitable for extreme applications such as EX areas.
Glass-Fibre Reinforced Polyester
For polyester enclosures suitable for harsh outdoor use.
Polycarbonate and ABS
Thermoplastic enclosures to IP65, on request with a transparent polycarbonate lid.
CNC Machining
Milling, drilling (e.g. M16x1.5), countersinking, press-fitting and engraving with automatic tool changer.
Powder Coating

Quality
The enclosures meet protection ratings per IEC 60529 (IP66 to IP68) and are documented with certificates such as CE, UL, RMRS, IEC, IECEx, RoHS and GOST-R. The ALU, POG and V4A series cover explosion-protected areas; the Ex enclosures have been tested by an internationally recognised testing body.
