About ABC Design
ABC Design GmbH is a medium-sized family company headquartered in Albbruck (Baden-Württemberg) that has been developing, producing and marketing prams, buggies, infant carriers and child seats, high chairs, bike trailers, doll prams and accessories since 1989. Manufacturing takes place at partner companies in Taiwan and China; the Albbruck site houses sales, a 5,000 m² high-bay warehouse with 2,200 pallet spaces, a test laboratory with its own test track, as well as an in-house workshop for repair and service work. Materials include plastics such as recycled PET and polyester for textile covers as well as foamed EVA for tyres; all products are made vegan and without animal components. The products are tested to EN 1888, UN R129 (i-Size) and ECE R44/04, additionally tested by Intertek, and distributed via specialist retailers and online partners in over 40 countries.

PET (recycled)
Pure Edition fabrics are made from up to 100 recycled PET bottles per pram (granulate, polyester fibres, yarn, weaving).
Polyester
Spun from recycled PET into yarn and woven into textile covers.
EVA (foamed)
Foamed EVA wheels as a maintenance-free alternative to air tyres, e.g. on the Salsa 4.
Leather
Used for applications of the special Style edition.
