ABC Kunststoffverarbeitung Tautenhahn GmbH is a third-generation family business with over 80 years of company history at its Senden location in Bavaria. Its range of services includes consulting, development, design and simulation, prototype construction, toolmaking, and injection-molded series production of technical plastic parts and plastic assemblies. Parts are manufactured in almost all technical plastic materials, with part weights from 0.5 grams to 5,000 grams and quantities from one piece to several million. Injection molds are built, maintained, and repaired in the company's own mold-making department; in addition, metal and plastic parts are machined. The company manufactures with its own quality control and serves customers including those in child safety technology, as demonstrated by the long-standing partnership with BRITAX RÖMER Kindersicherheit GmbH. As a recognized training company, it trains tool mechanics (mold making) and process mechanics in plastics and rubber technology.
