ABE GRUPPE GmbH, headquartered in Barsbüttel, is a full-service provider for systems and operational technology in the renewable energy sector. Under the umbrella of the group, specialized companies bundle the services of planning and grid connection planning, project engineering and construction management, grid calculations and grid studies, as well as general contracting for projects. ABE Nord Energietechnik GmbH in Leck lays low- and medium-voltage cables including the installation of all components. In the medium-voltage sector, the group erects, installs and maintains transformers and transformer substations, operates an oil laboratory for oil analyses according to DIN EN 60422, and offers the purchase, sale and rental of transformers. ABE Zertifizierung GmbH acts as a certification body accredited by DAkkS (DIN EN ISO/IEC 17065) for certificates and expert reports on the electrical properties of generation systems. The offering is complemented by technical operations management with a manufacturer-neutral control center (24h/365 days), the EP-Grid park management system, and planning and operations management of battery storage projects (BESS). Around 50 specialists have supported more than 600 projects, mainly for customers from wind energy, photovoltaics and combustion engine power generation.

Copper
Copper busbars for transformer connections are newly cut, bent, punched and clamped, e.g. during the 110kV transformer replacement at the Wedel heating power plant.
Insulating oil (transformer oil)
Oil testing and analysis according to DIN EN 60422 including DGA, PCB and furan determination in our own oil laboratory, as well as oil treatment.
