About ABEL
ABEL is a developer and manufacturer of piston diaphragm pumps for a wide variety of flow rates and pressures. Depending on the design, the pumps are suitable for abrasive, aggressive and shear-sensitive media. The product range also includes solids pumps for pasty, thixotropic and other non-Newtonian media as well as high-pressure plunger pumps. The design principle of backflow-free pumping at a low stroke rate does without extreme shear forces and crushing; the complete separation of medium and hydraulic part prevents contamination of the hydraulic fluid. Almost all pumps are also available as ATEX versions; for special applications, pumps with special approvals are built. The company manufactures in Büchen (Schleswig-Holstein) and supplies plant manufacturers as well as international end customers from industries such as mining, cement, chemicals, energy, oil and gas, and water and wastewater worldwide.
