About Abel Metallbau

Abel Metallbau GmbH is a family-run metalworking company in Braunsbach-Zottishofen, founded in 1894 as a smithy and today active as an industrial supplier in the fifth generation. The manufacturing range includes welded assemblies such as frames and racks for mechanical engineering, machining of single parts and small to medium series, sheet metal cutting using plasma, oxy-fuel and laser technology, as well as fastening parts such as pipe clamps, brackets and consoles for suspending pipework. Structural steel, stainless steel and aluminium are processed. For series production, the company has among other equipment two robotic welding cells, bandsaw automation machines, eccentric and hydraulic presses, and a combined plasma/oxy-fuel system with a drilling and tapping unit. Customers come from mechanical engineering, sanitary, ventilation and heating technology, the construction industry and agricultural machinery. Painting and powder coating are offered in cooperation with partners from the region.
