Abels Projektentwicklung is a family-owned company founded in 1998 and based in Bergheim (Rhein-Erft-Kreis), specializing in the development, planning and realization of care, social, senior and residential properties. Its interdisciplinary team of more than 15 engineers, architects, real estate economists and project developers accompanies projects holistically from feasibility studies, land development and general planning (service phases 1–9) through to turnkey handover. The service portfolio also includes project management, construction in existing buildings, technical due diligence, structural engineering and building physics as well as energy efficiency consulting. Clients include, among others, the Caritas Association of the Diocese of Regensburg e.V. and GSE Essen. The office combines the areas of Abels Projektentwicklung, Abels Planung - Statik - Bauphysik and MA Bauprojektmanagement GmbH.
