About ABIC Brennertechnik
ABIC Brennertechnik GmbH develops and manufactures industrial burners and firing technology, as well as electric heating elements for industrial process heat in Salem-Neufrach on Lake Constance. The portfolio includes industrial gas burners (GSI, GZ/S, GE) with capacities from 3 to 3,450 kW, dual-fuel multi-fuel burners GOZ for gas and oil up to 3,300 kW, heating gas and oil burners, and emissions-free electric resistance heaters from 1 to 5,000 kW. Manufactured entirely in Germany, including casings, terminal boxes, and heating registers made of stainless steel; the burners support natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), biogas, EL heating oil, and hydrogen mixtures. The systems are individually configured for the plant and process, supported from planning and installation through worldwide factory customer service. Application areas range from the automotive and supplier industry, energy and environmental technology, to metallurgy, construction materials, chemistry, and glass, as well as food and plastic processing. Customers in over 60 countries are served from Salem and through a European service network.

Materials & Energy Sources
Stainless Steel
Used for terminal boxes, casings, and special versions of electric heating elements (Type KE/GE/EE).
Natural Gas
Main fuel for the gas burner series GSI, GZ/S, and GE in industrial and heating applications.
Biogas
Many series are suitable for biogas; references e.g. biogas recovery from food scraps in Liechtenstein.
Hydrogen / H2-ready
Future-proof burner solutions with hydrogen content and H2-ready versions.
EL Heating Oil
Fuel for the Nova heating oil burners and the oil operation of the GOZ dual-fuel burners.
Liquefied Petroleum Gas
Alternative gas type for gas burners and multi-fuel burners without conversion measures.
Electric Resistance Heating
Emissions-free process heat from 1 to 5,000 kW for duct, device, and insertion installations.
