ABP – Innovative Blechbearbeitung GmbH is a system supplier for sheet metal and tube processing founded in 2013, headquartered in Genthin OT Schopsdorf (Saxony-Anhalt), directly on the A2 motorway. As a contract manufacturer and system supplier, the company produces components and assemblies made of steel, stainless steel and aluminium: from laser cutting (TruLaser 3030, up to 12 kW) and tube laser cutting to punch-laser combination processing, bending, deburring, trovalizing, straightening and rolling, through to CNC milling and turning. The welding technology includes MAG and TIG manual welding stations, laser welding (TruLaser Weld 5000), welding robots and CNC stud welding in accordance with DIN EN 1090 EXC3 for load-bearing welded assemblies up to 5 t. The process chain is complemented by assembly of modules, design and component optimization in 2D/3D CAD as well as powder coating at the partner company Zippy's Coating Factory. All machines are digitally networked; every order is tracked via QR code through the entire production process. The company works across industries for mechanical engineering, medical technology, architecture and automation, and supplies customers within a 200 km radius with its own delivery fleet as well as throughout Germany and Europe.
