About Abraservice
Aabraservice is a provider of wear parts and wear solutions with a focus on processing wear-resistant and high-strength steels, including Hardox®, Toolox®, CCO overlay wear plates and cast steel components. The service portfolio ranges from wear analysis and material consulting to design and reverse engineering through to the manufacture of custom-made and stock-held parts by precision plasma and flame cutting, drilling, forming, first-stage machining and welded fabrications. Complete assemblies such as buckets and cyclones are manufactured and repaired; in addition, on-site repairs, wear protection overlay welding and the digital wear monitoring service Wear IQ are offered. The network covers 13 countries in Europe and North America with 16 processing centers and 27 sales offices; the German site is located in Düsseldorf. Customers come from recycling, quarrying and mining, the steel industry, cement, forestry and wood processing, power generation, asphalt, and construction and construction machinery. Abraservice is part of the SSAB Group and operates as a certified member of the Hardox® Wearparts network.

Materials & Processes
Hardox® (wear-resistant quenched and tempered steels, 250–600 HBW)
Quenched and tempered wear steels with high hardness for parts subject to sliding wear and impact loads, easily cut, welded and formable.
Hardox® 600
Extremely wear-resistant plate with a typical hardness of 600 Brinell for severe abrasion.
Hardox® HiTemp
Heat-resistant wear steel for applications at high temperatures, e.g. asphalt plants.
Hardox® HiAce
Chromium-alloyed, acid- and corrosion-resistant wear steel for abrasive-corrosive environments, e.g. digestate mixers.
Toolox®
Tool and engineering steel delivered in the quenched and tempered condition, usable without additional heat treatment.
High-strength steels (> 550 MPa yield strength)
High-strength structural steels for weight-reduced, load-bearing constructions.
Weathering steels
Corrosion- and abrasion-resistant low-alloy steels for commercial vehicles in outdoor use.
CCO wear plates (chromium carbide overlay)
Overlay-welded composite plates for heavy abrasion protection on bunkers, cutting edges and conveying equipment.
Hardox® bars and wear-resistant pipes
Bar and pipe material for wear-stressed components.
Cast steel components
Cast components complementing the wear parts portfolio.
