System supplier for plastic and metal components
ACCOMPLAST GmbH is a system supplier for individual parts and assemblies made of plastic and metal, headquartered in Limbach-Oberfrohna (Saxony). Founded in 1991, the company produces precision injection-moulded parts using 1K and 2K processes, including multi-component and composite injection moulding with plastic and metal inserts, on injection moulding machines with clamping forces of 150 to 2000 kN, i.e. 35 machines with 15 to 360 t clamping force. Engineering and high-performance plastics such as polycarbonate are processed with part weights from 0.05 to 280 grams. The value chain ranges from injection moulding simulation (Cadmould 3D-F), prototyping and design through in-house toolmaking and special machine construction to painting (1K/2K/3K), PVD and vacuum coating, laser engraving, printing, ultrasonic welding and complex assembly, often in fully automated production lines. Customers come primarily from the automotive and electrical industries as well as general mechanical engineering. In addition to the headquarters with around 120 employees, the company, part of LABONE HOLDINGS LTD. since 2020, operates production sites in the Czech Republic, Ukraine, North Macedonia and England and delivers worldwide.
