Achberger GmbH is a specialized company for ring production and profile bending technology based in Hergatz in the Allgäu region. Its core competence is the manufacture of column rings and wall connections, used above all in metal construction, interior fitting and the metal ceiling industry. The range of services includes CNC-controlled profile bending from flat material to special profiles with virtually any bending shape, the Planscheibe process for column rings that can no longer be rounded on conventional 3-roll bending machines, as well as edging of profiles into closed shapes on the universal press. On a 4-roll round bending machine, sheets of aluminium up to 3 mm and steel up to 2 mm are rounded at a length of up to 3 m. In addition to a range of proven standard products, the company manufactures complex custom-made products to measure and offers contract bending of profiles, tubes, flat material and sheets. Both one-off production and series production are realized economically; more than 400 customers are supplied, including Lindner.
