About Acker Raum-Systeme

Acker Raum-Systeme GmbH (ARS), headquartered in Hamburg, has been active since 1992 as a contractor for turnkey building solutions in container and modular construction. The company supplies and erects office, residential, sanitary, school and laboratory containers, special containers, plant and storage containers as well as multi-storey modular buildings and large container facilities for temporary, medium-term and permanent use. Production takes place as prefabricated room modules (Off-Site Construction) based on steel frames, partly galvanized, with insulation made of mineral wool, PUR foam or Styrodur and facades of aluminium, ALUCOBOND, plain sheet metal or wood. Modules are combinable up to 24 m long and 12 m wide, stackable three-high with raw ceiling heights of 2.30–3.00 m. In addition to an in-house planning department (ARS-Engineering), building application and project engineering, the range of services includes a rental fleet, assembly, repair, relocation and financing (ARS-Finance). Customers come predominantly from industry and commerce, from authorities and municipalities, from education, healthcare, energy and waste management as well as logistics; deliveries are made nationwide and to Switzerland, Austria, the Netherlands, Denmark, the Czech Republic and other EU countries.
