About ACL
ACL GmbH is an owner-managed hardware manufacturer headquartered and producing in Markkleeberg near Leipzig, which has been developing and manufacturing IT hardware for medicine and hygienically critical environments since 1997. The portfolio includes medical all-in-one PCs of the OR-PC® series, surgical displays of the OR-MD® series, the wall module control platform OR-CONSOLE®, the OR-Pad® medical tablet as well as mobile cart solutions of the OR-MedCart® range. Manufacturing is carried out with a high level of vertical integration in-house: CNC milling of aluminium and copper parts on ten CNC milling machines, metal and sheet metal working, wet and powder coating, thin glass processing with short-pulse laser in the µm range, digital UV printing on glass, touchscreen lamination up to 55 inches, electronics assembly and EMC measurements. Production has taken place since 2015 in a 2,200 m² production facility with cleanroom; in addition, there is a second production facility in Leipzig. Customers are hospitals, medical practices, medical and software manufacturers as well as OEM/ODM partners; the devices are distributed via a dealer network in more than 40 countries.
