About us
Actema Metal Systems GmbH from Achern is a system partner for engineering and production in metal processing. The company supports projects along the entire value chain – from product development and design, through prototyping, to individual-part and series production as well as the assembly of complete assemblies. The focus is on customised system solutions in metal: mechanically machined precision parts, formed sheet-metal components, laser-cut and engraved parts, and welded joints. These are complemented by special processes such as adhesive bonding, press-fitting, riveting, flow drilling and 3D printing. A wide variety of steel grades, stainless steels, aluminium, bronze, brass, copper, titanium, special alloys as well as hardened parts and carbides are processed. Customers come, among others, from mechanical and plant engineering, toolmaking, automotive, automation and conveying technology, the furniture and fittings industry, battery and thermal technology, agricultural technology, motorsport and rail vehicle manufacturing.
