AD International, with the AD Chemicals division, is a provider of chemical products for metal surface treatment. The company develops, produces, and supplies cleaners, degreasers, chromium-free pre-treatment systems, conversion coatings (MM31®), passivation for hot-dip galvanized steel (HDG), sealing products for aluminum anodizing, TOC coatings, and paint strippers. Customer-specific solutions are offered for continuous processes (Coil Coating, PrimeCoat® series, PrimeLube®) and batch processes (spray, dip, and cascade processes). Treated materials include aluminum, steel, hot-dip galvanized steel, stainless steel, coil steel (GA/GI/AZ), and plastics. Customers come from the coil steel and steel industry, hot-dip galvanizing, the automotive and vehicle construction sectors, as well as the facade, architecture, and marine industries. Production takes place in Heijningen (NL) in a Seveso III certified facility in the heart of the European chemical industry; the office of the German subsidiary AD Chemicals GmbH is located in Emmerich am Rhein.
