About CNC Adam

Adam GmbH + Co. KG, based in Suhl (Friedberg industrial park), has been manufacturing precision parts and assemblies to customer specifications since 1998, up to medium-sized series. The range of services includes CNC milling on 3- and 5-axis machining centres (MAZAK), CNC turning on turn-mill centres and turret lathes, surface grinding, CNC sawing, and toolmaking including the design of clamping and assembly fixtures and mould inserts. Materials processed include aluminium, steel, stainless steel and brass; heat and surface treatments such as anodising are carried out in cooperation with partner companies. Customers include special machinery engineering, medical technology, aerospace engineering, the automotive industry, optics and the solar industry. Quality assurance takes place in a climate-controlled measuring room with Zeiss CNC coordinate measuring technology, including inspection reports; the company has been certified to DIN EN ISO 9001 since 1999.
