Tradition and Innovation in the Joinery Craft
Adam Schreinerei AG is a family business in Oberdorf in the canton of Solothurn, which has been based at the same location since 1899, now in its fifth generation. The company plans, manufactures and installs custom-made furniture, kitchens, doors, partitions and built-in solutions made of solid wood and engineered wood products such as MDF and plywood. Since 2010, a 5-axis CNC machine has been in use, enabling complex machining such as miter cuts and lettering. Since 2015, the joinery has also offered comprehensive fire protection solutions, including EI30 fire doors and fire protection elements in continuous construction with heights up to 3.5 m. In addition, natural stone, ceramic panels, acrylic stone, glass and metal are processed, and surfaces are finished by painting/lacquering, staining and oiling. Customers include private clients, institutions such as schools and sports centers as well as banks; reference projects include, among others, the stair railings of the Magglingen Sports Center and play areas of a day school.
