ADAMS Holzbau - Fertigbau GmbH is an owner-managed medium-sized company in its fifth generation, based in Niederzissen (Rhineland-Palatinate). Around 80 employees plan, manufacture, and construct buildings using timber frame construction: from single-family homes to multi-family and multi-story residential buildings, commercial and industrial halls, municipal buildings, modular constructions, and functional buildings such as climbing gyms with 16 meters in height. Working on an operational area of 25,000 m², of which around 6,000 m² is covered hall space, the carpentry department works with two fully automated CNC cutting systems, a sheet processing center, and manufacturing facilities for large-format wall and roof elements. Raw materials include structural solid wood, laminated timber, structural beech, as well as wood-based and insulation panels; we also offer on-site cutting services and our own timber yard. Customers include municipalities, federal states, and corporations, including classroom expansions for the city of Pulheim; deliveries are also made to neighboring countries the Netherlands, Luxembourg, and Belgium.
