About Additive Willmann
Additive Willmann is a family-owned company founded in 2014 in Löffingen in the Black Forest, specializing in the additive series production of metallic precision parts. The entire value chain of contract manufacturing is kept in-house: metal printing, machining, heat treatment, surface finishing and quality assurance. Production is carried out on several SLM systems (Selective Laser Melting/LPBF, including the 3D Systems DMP Factory 500 with a 500x500x500 mm build volume) and Metal Binder Jetting systems (Desktop Metal Shop System) including sintering, as well as on 5-axis milling machines. The material portfolio covers nickel-based alloys (Inconel 718), aluminum (AlSi10Mg, 7075), titanium (Ti6Al4V), stainless steels (316L, 1.4021, 17-4PH), case-hardening and heat-treatable steels, and, under development, copper and niobium. In addition, the company offers DfAM engineering, topology optimization, FEM simulation and seamless traceability. Customers come from aerospace, defense, medical technology, automotive/motorsport, mechanical engineering as well as the energy, oil, gas and chemical industries; deliveries are made throughout Europe. Certifications according to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and EN 9100 ensure process stability up to safety-critical applications.
