About us
ADE-Mechanik GmbH, founded in 1976, is a contract manufacturer for mechanical machining based in Esslingen am Neckar. On more than 1500 m² of production space, the company manufactures individual parts and series using CNC milling (3-axis and 5-axis), CNC turning with driven tools, surface, cylindrical and jig grinding, die sinking and wire EDM, drilling, sawing and welding. In addition, heat treatment in the company's own hardening shop, burnishing including contract burnishing, blasting, painting, laser and CNC marking, as well as assembly and commissioning at the customer's site are offered. Following the acquisition of Boransky Formenbau GmbH in 2008, injection molding and die casting tools are also manufactured. Customers include companies from the automotive industry, mechanical engineering, pneumatics, toolmaking and electrical engineering, as well as universities, testing institutes and research facilities; since 2010, ADE has been supplying components for ion beam systems, vacuum chambers and gloveboxes. A quality management system in accordance with ISO 9001 has been TÜV-certified since 2006.

Quality
All important dimensions are inspected in our own measuring room and documented in writing upon request. Available equipment includes a 3D measuring machine with printout capability as well as digital and analog measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, internal micrometers and go/no-go gauges.

Foundation of the company ADE by Mr. Ade in a basement garage; started with a used lathe, later a milling machine and welding equipment
- 1978
Move to larger premises at Fritz-Müller-Str. 99, Esslingen; purchase of new machines, first employees

Introduction of CNC technology with the first two HERMLE CNC milling machines (1988/1989)
