About Adelbert Haas

Adelbert Haas GmbH, headquartered in Trossingen, develops and manufactures 5-axis tool grinding machines of the Multigrind® series (Radical, CA, CB, CB XL) as well as the accompanying grinding software Multigrind® Horizon, the visualization software Multigrind® Styx and the production software Multigrind® Multimation. The machines are built on the company's own Multicube design made of thermostable mineral casting and machine parts in a single setup with processes such as 5-axis grinding, milling, relief grinding, belt grinding and dressing at tolerances of ±2 µm or 1 µm for dressing rolls. Workpieces from 260 mm in diameter (CA) up to 3,200 mm in length and 600 kg in weight (CB XL) are possible. Customer industries are mainly toolmaking, cutting tools, medical technology and aerospace engineering as well as drive technology, pump and conveyor technology and energy and environmental technology. In addition to its headquarters in Trossingen, the company, now almost 90 years old, maintains locations in France, the USA and China; service is provided via hotline, remote or on-site.
